My experience with a kitchen installation in Livingston

I noticed my quooker hot water tap acting up one early day and decided I needed a proper fix fast, especially after a small leak turned into a daily annoyance.

It happened right after a visit to Livingston Designer Outlet, and I remember thinking how inconvenient it was to come home to a leaking tap. Living in this part of West Lothian, I needed something reliable without too much delay.

I first heard about the service through a local recommendation, and after browsing a bit, JRW Kitchens stood out in a subtle way. I sent a few photos of the issue and got a prompt reply. Booking was easy enough, and I appreciated not having to chase anything.

On the day, the technician arrived on time and got straight to work. He began with a quick tidy up of the area before moving on to light sanding to smooth things out. There was a small section that needed filler, which he applied neatly. What impressed me was the attention to colour matching, as it didn’t look patched at all. The blending process was done with a steady hand, and after that, everything was buffed to a clean shine. Throughout, he explained things in a down to earth style, which made the whole experience feel reassuring. There was no rush, but it also didn’t drag quooker flex tap on, which I appreciated.

By the end, the repaired area looked almost new, and the issue that had been bothering me was completely gone. I liked the ease of having everything handled at home, and the turnaround was timely. That said, it felt best suited for small repairs rather than major overhauls. Still, for what I needed, it worked out perfectly fine, and I’ve had no problems since.
